Oriental taste in a vegan style
Known for its fierce flavors, the tone for Moroccan cuisine is given by vegetables in this case. In addition to chickpeas and carrots we added spinich and bell peppers to this oriental-flavored dish.
TIP: You can eat it as a single vegan dish by sprinkling parsley on it. If you are a meat eater, top it with some fried sausage rings – simply amazing.
